Getting oriented
Everything lives at ilove.slang.ai. Log in once, and if you manage more than one location, switch between them using the location dropdown in the upper left — no separate logins needed.

Here's what you'll find once you're in:

📊 Insights — Your concierge's report card. See how many calls came in, what guests are calling about, and how things are trending over time.

👥 Smart Inbox — Every call, in one place. Core and Premium plans get full conversation summaries per call, so you can see exactly what was discussed. [Full Smart Inbox guide →]

💬 Concierge — The heart of your setup. This is where your response topics live — what your concierge actually says when guests call. Worth a look early on to make sure everything reflects your restaurant accurately.

🎨 Branding — Make it yours: your concierge's voice, greeting, and personality. [Branding guide →]

🔌 Marketplace — Manage your integrations (OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, Tripleseat, and more) and check connection health.

⚙ Settings — The details that keep things current: links, emails, and other info we share with guests via SMS. If your menu changes seasonally or your after-hours contact changes, this is where to update it.

🆕 What's New — Release notes, right in the app, with links to set-up guides for new features.
