Your Slang Weekly Stats email
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Every week, Slang emails a weekly summary of your call activity to everyone on your account. Here’s what’s in it, who gets it, and how to change who receives it.
What’s in the email
The email comes from stats@slang.ai with the subject “Your Slang Weekly Stats.” It covers the past 7 days and shows:
Total inbound calls
After-hours calls
Time saved
Coinciding calls (calls that came in at the same time)
Reservations
Each number is shown next to the previous week’s so you can see trends. For call summaries, transcripts and what guests are asking about, click “Go to Insights” in the email or visit your Slang dashboard (https://ilove.slang.ai).
Who receives it
Everyone with a login to your Slang dashboard gets the email automatically, whatever their role. If your business has more than one location, the email combines all locations into one summary.
If your location uses Superhost, the weekly stats email is currently paused. You can find your weekly numbers on the Performance Insights page in your Slang dashboard (https://ilove.slang.ai).
How to add someone
Add them as a user in your Slang dashboard. Once their account is set up, they’ll start getting the email the following Monday. See User Permissions for how to add users and choose their access level: https://slang-ai-knowledge-base.help.usepylon.com/articles/6702880166-user-permissions
How to stop receiving it
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any weekly stats email. To remove several people at once, contact support@slang.ai with the email addresses and we’ll take care of it.
