How to add a new location to your Slang account

If you need to add a new restaurant location to your existing Slang account, you can request this through your account manager or by contacting support.

What information you'll need to provide

When requesting to add a new location, be prepared to provide the following details:

  • Restaurant name

  • Complete address

  • Phone number

  • Reservation system being used (such as Resy or OpenTable)

How to request a new location

To add a new location to your account:

  1. Contact your dedicated account manager if you have one

  2. If you don't have an account manager, reach out to Slang support by:

    • Submitting a request through the Support Widget in the Slang Dashboard

    • Sending an email to support@slang.ai

  3. Provide all the required location information listed above

Next steps

Once you've provided the location details, your account manager will:

  • Send you an agreement to complete

  • Schedule an onboarding call to get your new location set up

  • Work with you to integrate with your reservation system (Resy, OpenTable, etc.)

The process typically involves completing the agreement first, followed by a kickoff call with your Implementation Project Manager to get the new location up and running.
