Weekly recap emails not being delivered

If you're not receiving your weekly recap emails from Slang, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.

Check your spam folder

First, check if the weekly recap emails have been filtered into your spam or junk folder. Sometimes email filters can mistakenly categorize these automated emails as spam.

Verify with your IT department

If the emails aren't in your spam folder and you previously received them but they stopped, your company's email security settings may have changed. Contact your IT department to:

  • Confirm that emails from stats@slang.ai are not being blocked

  • Check if any new email filtering or security policies were implemented

  • Ensure the sender domain is whitelisted in your email system

Check with colleagues

Ask other team members at your company if they're still receiving the weekly recaps. If multiple people have stopped receiving them, this further indicates a company-wide email filtering issue rather than an individual account problem.

Contact support

If you've checked the above items and are still not receiving emails, contact Slang support at support@slang.ai. The support team can:

  • Verify you haven't been accidentally unsubscribed
