How to request billing statements and invoices

If you need copies of billing statements, invoices, or account balances for your records, here's how to get them quickly and efficiently.

Contact the billing team directly

For all billing-related requests, including statements, invoices, and payment information, please email billing@slang.ai directly instead of contacting support. This ensures your request reaches the appropriate team for faster processing.

Automatic invoice delivery

If you have billing notifications set up, you should already be receiving invoices and receipts automatically from our Stripe billing platform. These are sent to the email addresses associated with your account's billing profile.

If you're not receiving these automatic notifications, the billing team can help verify and update your billing email addresses.

What information to include in your request

When contacting the billing team, please include:

  • Your company name and location

  • The specific time period you need statements for

  • Whether you need invoices, receipts, or account balance information

  • Any specific questions about charges or payments

Payment information

You have several options for managing payment methods and information:

Self‑service options:

  • Through the Slang platform: Click the three dots in the lower left by your name, then select "Billing" to access Stripe's payment management interface

  • Customer Self‑Service Portal: Sign up at the billing portal to manage payment methods online using your account email address

  • Individual payment update links: The billing team can provide secure links to update payment methods for specific subscriptions or locations

Billing team assistance: If you need ACH payment information, want to set up bulk payment methods for multiple locations, or prefer direct assistance, the billing team can help with payment setup and provide individual payment links per invoice.
