What are Open Office Hours?

Open Office Hours are a casual drop in time to connect live with the Slang Customer Team. This is not a webinar and there’s no formal agenda just an open space to ask questions explore best practices and learn how to better leverage Slang for your business.

When do they happen?

Every Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM ET

You’re welcome to join at any point during the window and you’re not required to stay the full time. Come when it’s convenient get what you need and hop off when you’re ready.

What should I bring?

You don’t need to prepare anything to attend but Office Hours are most helpful if you come with:
• Specific questions about your Slang setup or performance
• Curiosity about how other customers are using Slang successfully
• Interest in best practices optimizations or new ways to drive value

You’re encouraged to share questions in advance but it’s not required.

Who is it for?

Any Slang customer who wants:
• Quick answers in real time
• Guidance from our Customer Team
• A better understanding of how to get more value from Slang
