Seasonal Events Topic

The Seasonal Events topic should be configured with the next upcoming holiday's special hours, menu, promotions, etc.

Steps:

  1. Log in at ilove.slang.ai

  2. Navigate to the Concierge tab

  3. Scroll to Seasonal Events in the "Services" section

  4. Write a brief description (listen to preview)

  5. Add a link to a special menu, or direct booking/ticket link

  6. Set an expiration date so callers don't hear about past events

When expired, the topic becomes "Unconfigured" and callers hear: "It sounds like you're asking about upcoming seasonal events, but my team hasn't shared that information with me yet."
