Superhost is Slang's next-generation phone agent, included with the Premium plan. It's a speech-to-speech AI — trained directly on audio rather than text — so calls sound and feel more natural than a typical voice bot.

What makes Superhost different

It speaks 97 languages, automatically. Superhost detects the language a caller is speaking and responds in kind, switching mid-call if needed. There's no toggle to turn on — it just works.

It sounds like a real conversation. Because Superhost generates speech natively instead of converting text to speech, tone and pacing adjust naturally as the conversation unfolds — callers can even interrupt mid-response and Superhost adapts, instead of talking over them.

Superhost is built with guardrails, and in the rare event something goes wrong with a booking, our system automatically checks in after the call — if a reservation wasn't completed, we'll either finish the booking or reach out to you directly to let you know. Our team also reviews call activity on an ongoing basis to catch and correct issues quickly.
